Welcome to The RadicalRx Show. I’m Ellen K. Martin, your host.

It’s Day 17 of NaPodPoMo—National Podcast Post Month, and I’ll be honest with you—I’m tired today. Some days, the energy just isn’t there, and you know what? That’s okay.

I think it’s important to recognize those moments when we need to slow down and take a breath. For me, that’s what today is about—a Radical Pause.”

In the RadicalRx framework, one of the things I focus on is Radical Release—letting go of what isn’t serving us in the moment. Today, that means releasing the pressure to push through when my body and mind are telling me to rest.

I’ve been learning that showing up doesn’t always mean giving 110%. Sometimes, it means being honest, taking a pause, and giving myself grace. I want to remind you that it’s okay for you to do the same.

So today’s episode is a short one, but I hope it gives you permission to take your own Radical Pause if you need it. Rest is part of the process—it’s how we recharge and come back stronger.

Thanks for being here with me, even on the quieter days. And as always: take care, and until next time, don’t forget to breathe.”
